The best of the best! I was stuck on base & my wait time didn’t exceed 10 minutes. Not only did they tow from base to my next location but did a long haul. From Columbus to Lithia Springs & offered the best price & picked up my inoperable vehicle at a timely manner compared to anyone else. Customer service was more than excellent. They also towed my peers cars, they cannot be beat!

Horrible experience with this company. Used roadside with my insurance and they picked Cole’s. They kept delaying my tow and every time I called for an eta all I was told that they only had 1 driver and he got caught up on a job but he is in route and the driver will call you to meet up to get the keys. Driver never called me. I called dispatch 6x and got the same response. That went on for hours till my insurance finally canceled the tow and had to reassign the job.
