I stopped by AutoZone after receiving a warning light on the 14 freeway. The employee, Max, promptly helped address the battery issue with my vehicle. He was resourceful and honest. He saw the battery was previously purchased from AutoZone 2 years ago. He told me it was under warranty. He replaced the new battery and installed it free of charge. I appreciate the business for their hard work and honest employees!

I’m an elderly man who couldn’t get a battery inside the car, and a young lady by name of Lorena helped me out and explained to me I needed a new battery. She was very helpful and understanding, I’m grateful she was here to help. Most definitely will come back and ask for her only. Great employee company should give her a raise or a promotion.
