I made a phone call last week to JBA company regarding TOW services for a customer upon contacting the company a women by the name of Meg I believe she said her name was,was extremely rude not only did she not give me the chance to try and talk I was over talked yelled at if I'm not mistaken even hung up on that is very very unprofessional business and dealing with customers that need help I believe you should not talk to people the way she done/does. I will be passing the way this company service is down which I already have something needs to be done about this lady and her attitude and how she talks to people. Thanks

April 22nd was the worst day of my life.You imagine being homeless and trying to make it while parking at Humillity of Mary Homes parking ( parking was authorized by staff and security) and have your car and all your belonging taken away by order of the institution that was supposed to help you just because you find another place to live. Then comeS JBA which whom i approched to see how i can get my car back. I told them about my situation and my resolve to get the car back. They agreed to give me time given the situation i was in.<br>I kept communication with them up to the day i was ready to go get the xar, they claimed that the owner came and claimed the vehicle. At that point i put my councelor on the phone. They told us that JACK'S AUTO SALE was the claimer.<br>We called them right away but they told us that they never heard of that car.<br>Two weeks later, my Boss an i drove there and sure enough my car was there hidden behind the building. Furthering our research we found out that the towing company and Jack's auto sale are the same company!<br>Therefore they lied and have technically stole my car. The police does not want to help and i was forced to hire a lawyer.<br>While we are compiling all the proof we need, i am asking anybody that was scamed by this company and or by Humillity of Mary to post their experiences.<br>Their is a sxam going on.
