I usually don’t write reviews as like most people, I don’t have the time. Well this experience deserves the time and effort to write such a raving review about this towing service company. There a lot of options out there to choose from when it comes to needing your car or truck towed, making it a gamble on which one to choose. Will they rip me off? Are they shady? I cannot say enough about Tessa the dispatcher I talked to at almost 11pm. She was so kind and sweet and really calmed me down and made the process not only easy, but every aspect of her customer service was stellar. No she didn’t pay me to say this either. I’m writing this review out of the kindness of my heart. Too many times in life we don’t take the time to tell people, the important ones like loved ones and family, but it doesn’t stop there. Even the ones that come into our lives for a brief moment like Tessa and JP did mine for that brief moment I had with them, they instantly made me feel like family and made me feel like I was the most important task at hand in the moment. JP was my towing guy, this gentlemen was extremely friendly, approachable and we really more or less chopped it up for a few minutes then we said our goodbyes. If I ever need a towing service again in quad cities I’m going nowhere else except Monson Towing. Plus the prices are so good compared to others rates. Best customer service hands down I’ve experienced all year. Thank you again Tessa and JP, wishing you all a Happy Holidays!

Got stuck on the side of the road in my Ford F350 dually and JP pulled up behind me right away. He was extremely professional, calm, and clearly experienced. He handled a big truck with no issues and made what could’ve been a stressful situation smooth and painless. Great service all around.

They responded quickly, and get to you even faster. I had JP come out to jump my truck and we discovered the fuel was gelled. He quickly made a few calls and had it in the shop to be worked on that day. Highly recommend. Shout out my man JP.
