If I could give less than one start I would. We get the vehicle out of impound, they pull it out with a forklift, leave it in the middle of the street on the wrong side of the road . Then when I ask if they have a restroom because I’m waiting on another tow truck they tell me no. Rude. Inconsiderate and not so great at their jobs.

Extremely disappointed with my experience. I came in simply to retrieve my personal property from my car, which should be a quick and straightforward process. Instead, we were made to wait over two hours just for someone to walk us back into the lot so we could grab our belongings.<br><br>There was no sense of urgency, no clear communication, and no explanation for the excessive wait. Standing around for hours for something so basic is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of respect for people’s time.<br><br>I understand procedures need to be followed, but this was poorly managed and unnecessarily frustrating. Had my truck towed here after an accident in June of 2024. I wasn't able to post a review until now due to the insurance lawsuit. When the truck was towed here it had a speaker system with amps. When I went to get everything out after it was declared totaled, they were gone. The first picture is the day of the accident, the second is when I went to get my stuff out and the speakers were not covered by the insurance. Someone at this company stole nearly $2000 worth of speakers and amps. Don't trust them as they obviously do not hire people with morals and ethics.
