We used Jordan Towing, as a referral from the service department at Park Place Lexus Plano, because they specialize in Flatbed Transports. Biran was our driver. He used absolute, meticulous care when working with my son's lowered 2008 Lexus is350, making sure that his side skirts and front lip were fully protected during the loading and unloading process. We simply can not say enough good things about Biran, his work ethic, and the company he represents. We had a lengthier transport distance, our price paid was on point with the distance, especially when factoring in the care and attention to detail. Thank you!

If I could give less than one start I would. We get the vehicle out of impound, they pull it out with a forklift, leave it in the middle of the street on the wrong side of the road . Then when I ask if they have a restroom because I’m waiting on another tow truck they tell me no. Rude. Inconsiderate and not so great at their jobs.

Extremely disappointed with my experience. I came in simply to retrieve my personal property from my car, which should be a quick and straightforward process. Instead, we were made to wait over two hours just for someone to walk us back into the lot so we could grab our belongings. There was no sense of urgency, no clear communication, and no explanation for the excessive wait. Standing around for hours for something so basic is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of respect for people’s time. I understand procedures need to be followed, but this was poorly managed and unnecessarily frustrating. I would not recommend this place based on how this situation was handled.
