September 26,2025. I was traveling from O'Neil, NE to Lincoln, NE. Around 3pm I'm getting on the interstate at Grand Island. The pickup pulling a trailer lost a fender off of the trailer. I tried to avoid it but it caught my left rear tire. 2019 Ford Fusion has no spare. Find this towing company on my phone. "We'll be there within 30 minutes." Right on time Trent shows up. Explain to him I'm from Mississippi, I'm visiting my relatives and need to get to Lincoln as soon as possible. Trent loads my car on the flatbed. I get in, he starts calling tire shops to find one that can fit me in. He called at least 5. He had my tire size ready and found a shop that could get me in on a late Friday afternoon. I felt well taken care of thanks to Trent. I didn't need the extra expense, but it didn't feel like it was.<br><br>Trent went beyond getting me to a "drop off point." He made sure I was taken care of and could continue on.<br><br>Thank you Trent!
