This shop is AWESOME. This is a family owned business that's been in business for more than 50 years. Their shop is clean and immaculate, the mechanics are honest, thorough and very helpful. They don't waste time, their hourly rate is very reasonable. I met two of the owners, they are there every day along with many other techs and mechanics, they work well together, you can tell they have a good morale. As soon as I pulled up to the property I knew I was in good hands, I follow my instincts and they are always correct (well 99% of the time!) There is also lots of truck parking, fuel and a store. The shop and towing service are 24 hours. They actually answer the phone on one or two rings. I had an issue with my turbo and they took care of me, with no price gouging, I was in and out of there in 1/2 a day. I can't think of anything else to say without gushing and sounding fake......but everything I've said is true. So one more time.....these are top tier professionals!

These guys are more thieves than other towing company, they come to tow from the Loves truck stop in Huntley, IL, wanted to tow a dropped trailer that was dropped there by someone, I don’t even know who, so I witnessed how the backed up with a truck that had absolutely no decals on it, no company name, expired IFTA on the side of the truck, while hooking up the trailer he hit that RGN trailer, he hit it so strong, definitely showing how unprofessional he is, didn’t know how to do it, pulled forward again, while pulling forward the trailer dropped from his frame to the ground and damaged the glad hand connections of that trailer. This guys would bot lose their opportunity to make money on someone, you could see how fast they were trying to do all that knowing that anytime the owner of that equipment could show up and they would lose their money. Towing mafia, stealing money from the poor truck drivers that barely make their living in this industry.<br>

Unprofessional and Dishonest<br><br>This was one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had.<br><br>I was given a clear, agreed-upon rate upfront to be towed to Waukegan. After the tow started, the driver suddenly changed the plan and convinced me to go to their shop, saying they could fix the truck for much less and that I wouldn’t have to pay the full tow amount.<br><br>Once I arrived, everything changed.<br><br>They raised the repair price significantly, then told me the shop was closed and I would have to wait until the next day. When I refused and asked to continue to Waukegan as originally agreed, they suddenly doubled the tow rate with no explanation or justification.<br><br>This felt like a classic bait-and-switch. Rates were changed multiple times after agreements were made, putting me in a position where I had no real choice.<br><br>On top of that, the staff was rude, dismissive, and extremely unprofessional. No accountability, no respect, and a terrible attitude throughout the entire interaction.<br><br>I strongly advise anyone considering this company to get everything in writing and think twice before trusting them. I would never use this company again.
