I work for Sylvia Benjamin State Farm, we had a customer who had a flat tire and needed help. I called Kyle’s Towing and they were able to help our customer put her spare tire on and get her going on down the road. She had panicked and didn’t know what to do. You guys arrived quickly and were so nice helping her. She appreciated the help so much. Thanking you for all your assistance. On Thanksgiving, my fiancé's Tesla battery stopped working while visiting my parents in South Bend. It needed towed all the way to a Tesla service center in Indianapolis. I knew about Kyle's from my friends over at CRS Custom and when I called Kyle's on Friday, I was happy to hear they could handle the job. After some back and forth with insurance on who they'd cover, Kyle's ended up being better priced than our insurance options. They came by right away on Saturday morning as requested and after a quick sign off and payment, they handled the rest.<br><br>Thank you for giving us one less thing to worry about during the holidays!

I had my car towed last night because of some mechanical issues. My roadside assistance program sent Ben from Kyle’s Towing to my aid. Ben was so kind and courteous. Because it was so cold outside he offered to have me sit in the truck cab to stay warm while he loaded my car on the flat bed. I was at a local Walmart and already planned to wait inside for my daughter to pick me up since Ben was towing my car to a local repair shop and he drove me up to the door so I wouldn’t have to walk in the cold. I really appreciate the kind and courteous service that I received in an otherwise stressful time. Thank you Ben!<br><br>Valerie
