Well as having to use this kind of service your not having the best kind of day usually anyway... They was recommended by a friend to me. This was gonna be a 60+ mile trip one way loaded and the same unloaded. But to my discovery when I got to the repair shop both my front axle boots were damaged. I tried calling them to resolve the issue. But they have never returned my calls. I've been putting off this review bc I was hoping they were just busy. I know for a fact they weren't damaged before he picked it up because at the Dodge dealership I had crawled under my truck. And Corwin Dodge had just done a 4 wheel alignment and they had no recollection of that issue.. I know accidents happen, but we as a customer I would have liked the respect of a call back and discussed what was going on.

You don’t want to get towed by them, not only is it hard to locate your car because they don’t leave anything, they will come in a wave and take several cars at a time while their employees laugh and have a shindig, because they don’t leave anything you have to catch them in the act to receive a number. Then you have to drive to Stratford, if they tow your from Springfield. Then they will charge $315+, for having your car less than 30 minutes, I understand not their fault or problem that I was towed. I asked for a itemized receipt and was denied and just had to pay, doing a little research they where taken to small claims court in 2023 by a mother left stranded with a small child in the dark downtown. They were a no show and didn’t really care.
