Customer reviews of FleetPride in Springfield, MO
4.5 stars based on 113 reviews- DDaniel Dibble
The complete experience was amazing. Kevin took my call. The analysis of the issue , by William (Bill), was very direct. The man got skills. Lawrence (Larry), the service manager, gave me a ride home. He assured me that his team would correct the issue and keep cost to a minimum. The team at FleetPride is an exceptional technological group. And good people.

I will start off with I had a easy fix but, my man Larry calmed me down and told me straight how it was, told me how to do it on my own, even when I though I couldn't, today I'm thanking the excellent customer service of fleet pride. best part he didn't even charge me for his knowledge, he could've easily charged me 40-60$ to do my ujoint but he heard my concern with making it to work and just helped me over the phone I am recommending fleet pride to my friends and family and you!!
