Unfortunately an inconveniently, my vehicle broke down at a very busy 4-way stop while in route to work at 7am. With some assistance from a local off-duty law enforcement officer, we were able to move it partly off the road and out of the main trafficked areas. However, I had to leave my vehicle at its stopped location with the intention of returning to it within a matter of hours to move it. But, due to its inconvenient and unsafe location, with part of the vehicle still on the road, Nixa PD called Kenny's for an in town tow since I was not present at my vehicle nor did I call for any assistance. This was my first lesson. In the future, I do recommend calling either the non-emergency line for the police department and/or a trustworthy towing company like Kenny's, to help determine what you need to do. Because my vehicle was not completely off the road and unattended, it needed to be towed. I did not know this until after I returned to its location and it was gone. I then called Nixa PD and after speaking with a representative , they advised I call Kenny's to determine if it was there. After calling Kenny's I received confirmation of it's location within his tow lot. Now, there was a fee attached for releasing the vehicle back in my possession, but this is an already established fee structure, that while seemingly inconvenient, I did not mind paying. Kenny runs a business and did his job in accordance with what our local police patrol advised. Nixa PD did their job in making sure our roadways are safe and clear if able. The process for retrieving my vehicle was very swift and smooth. The transition of payment and release was easy. There is no such thing as a good time for bad luck. These situations can be irritating and stressful. I am thankful that this whole process was more smooth than I could have predicted or expected, even in the midst of all the unknowns. Kenny's fees are absolutely reasonable and honestly, much lower than several other local towing agencies in my own experience. I recommend Kenny's because his prices, in my experience, are good, he responds very fast, and the release process was simple.

I called four tow truck services in the area, and Kenny was the only one who answered—thank goodness he did! He was incredibly kind and arrived so quickly; I think I only waited about 15 minutes. What I thought was a complicated issue turned out to be something very simple. He immediately recognized the problem just from the sound my vehicle was making and fixed it right there on the spot.<br><br>Kenny is not only extremely knowledgeable, but also genuinely kind. I truly hope he and his business are blessed immensely—what an amazing experience!

My car broke down on the side of the road and Kenny came to my rescue! He was able to help get my car in to get looked at that day, and we had a great conversation about dogs on the way there. Affordable price and a very nice guy!
