I went to go pick up my car yesterday. They supposedly had put a brand new motor in there and and did work on it. Brake line system and not even four hours later. I’m on the interstate and I’m in traffic and my car just stopped in the middle of traffic on I four, which is the most dangerous thing ever, when I pulled over and check the hood, it was motor oil splashed everywhere which they were supposed to fix before I paid my money and before they let me leave off of their property because all of that was a safety hazard I could have got into an accident lost my life I could’ve had my kids with me And something like this happens after me paying them over $2800 so when y’all want to talk about great service that’s not great service that’s a liability now I’ve been calling in early this morning and Texan no one respond and then they just cut the phone off. My car is still on I four and he’s a whole towing company , y’all know what y’all did and y’all need to fix it I’m not paying anymore money for something I already paid for and y’all put my life in jeopardy and in danger something has to occur so I give zero stars

I am not able to get my Vehicle fixed due to my own financial situation. However if you want customer service that is PHENOMENAL, Affordable pricing, and a business that is second to none! Willie Automotive and towing is definitely your hometown Automotive shop for your mechanical needs! PLEASE SUPPORT!!!!. Don't believe any negative reviews about this company every situation is different. Don't even take my word for it, go check them out for yourselves!

So far so good having major repair work being done so as of right now I am happy with the service, they picked my car up and so far they have kept there word. Honesty is very important to me when dealing with businesses and they have been. Will see when I have to pick up the car. UPDATE: Picked up my car and the price way just what I was told before bring my car to them. I would tell all my friends and anyone who needs service to go there.
