Your business preys on the misfortune of others.
Big snow emergency wasn’t it!! Not at all. It was a money grab! Someone needs to put a stop to this. It’s theft!!
The tow driver was not knowledgeable about my vehicle. They told towed my manual transmission vehicle with the rear wheels down and E brake applied for 18 miles. They Burned out my rear brakes .
This company should be shut down.

Update, my brake pads were worn down to the metal. The excessive heat actually burn my wheel bearings. So this whole, non snow emergency tow will cost me a total of 1400 bucks. That’s to get my car out of impound, full brake job with two new rear wheel bearings.
Everyone I talk to, is telling me to take your business to small claims court.

This towing company or some of its workers are racist, especially towards women, and even more so towards Latina women. Yesterday, I felt intimidated by two of them, especially this man who was jump-starting one of my cars to move the other one that was parked. He was using jumper cables to start the car so I could move it, and this guy got out of his tow truck and disconnected my cables from the cars. They then towed away the car I was trying to jump-start. Does anyone know if it's legal for them to do that? I was the owner, and I was jump-starting my car, and they removed my cables, preventing me from starting my car. Or did he do it out of racism and discrimination? I'm a woman and Latina, and I don't speak English. I felt discriminated against because there were other people in the parking lot trying to move their cars, but these two men only approached me, not the others. Tell me, is that legal?

completely bad business. To tow my car in front of my property is one thing, but for me to catch the guy and by policy it’s 100 cash to drop the car is also cool. The thing that upsets me if it is a cash only offer why am I not allowed to run back into my house for 5 mins to grab cash. Money hungry people with no decency. Mind you the tow warning was at 9:30 and this was done at 9:35 deciding to take my car instead of the other cars available bc he knew I had to go inside to get the cash. Do not hire this company for your business or apartment complex they will most likely tow a workers car without knowing. Also i’m attaching pictures of the abandoned cars left in my lot that this tow truck decided to miss so he could take mine.
