Leo was the estimator in charge my vehicle that got hit on two weeks ago. I took my vehicle to Caliber Collision because I thought they were a large company and they would do the best job. However, I’m incredibly disappointed at the length of time they took to do the repairs and removed my mudflaps and threw them in the trunk. I don’t have access to lift the car to put the mudflaps back on. Also, the passenger front and rear wheels are making a cracking/popping noise they claim that it is pre-existing, however, none of those noises were present prior to the accident. The mechanic seemed to be upset that I asked for them to look at the vehicle again now the only choice I have is to take the vehicle to the dealership to have it looked over at my expense!
