His communication was excellent, his truck accommodated our low profile exotic, was new and well kept, and our conversations were engaging during our three hour trip tonight. I was supposed to write this in the beginning of the month, my battery died while I was delivering a load to Sherwin Williams in Kentucky. I panicked didn't know what I was going to do, I didn't want to call my company, and I just so happened to see two Jade's towing trucks, one big one and a regular size one. I walked down the lot to the smaller truck and ask the guy if he could give me a jump, he said give him a minute because he was helping another driver, I waited for him to get done with the other driver and when he was done he helped me out and gave me a jump, without charging me. This tow guy was a big help, I didn't have to call my company and wait for hours until they sent someone be Jade was their to the rescue. Guys did a great job helped me out in a desperate time of need and didn't charge an arm or a leg. Driver, Chris was very nice and professional. Drove me and my wife and truck and trailer 3 hours 1 way on a Saturday night in the rain. Forever greatful for their help.
