This is a horrible business with a horribly rude lady on the phone. Prices are ridiculous and they have made it terribly hard to get a car out that has been towed. This business is not open 24/7 and they’re definitely making things difficult to get more money out of their customers. I will never recommend this business to anyone especially people of color.

Driver was picking up my vehicle for junk for Cash for Cars. I was told the paperwork and DMV would be handled, and this was one of reasons I was getting a lower price for my vehicle. The driver took the car, and the bill of sale with him, and left the title. He informed my son I had to go to DMV to junk the title myself. I wouldn't trust this company, and surely not cash for cars to junk your vehicle.

I have a 1981 MCI bus. It’s a three axle 40 ft long bus and Smith’s got me off the side of the road when my clutch failed. They were quick to arrive and very professional making sure the job was done right and safely. The cost ended up being right where I thought it should be. Nothing worse than some of these greedy towing outfits when they have you over a barrel! I will definitely call Smith’s again if I ever need a tow!
