Terry from KMR broke my windshield and the guy in the office was rude to me an refused to hear anything i had to say! Stay away from this place! The insurance company was much nicer! Million dollar company cant fix a windshield they broke! Sad

They have always been friendly and helpful to me. At times a bit per se irritable from prior customers getting under their skin and kind of took it out on the next one. We are all human. But over all love the place. Best paying around even if it’s in check form!! Thanks guys for your services
