They said they close at 4:30 and you get there at 4:25 and it won't ever let you in if you're going to close 10 minutes early tell people you close at 4:20 then. It used to be a good honest company great business but I see that's going dramatically down hill. This ain't the first time it's happened numerous times

I was cheated, lied to, yelled at & threatened by two employees for scrap daddies in Jonesboro Arkansas yesterday September 16 2025. One of them told the forklift guy to take all the scrap that was brought in out of my truck back outside. They never did. All because I tried to ask a question about my previous receipt from them that I thought was just an over site. Apparently it was deliberate theft! Had to it one star to be able to post this.
