I would give zero stars. They need to train drivers to check VIN numbers before just taking a vehicle. The company did bring the car back and did a promise of free tows.

these people need to train their drivers to how actually do their job without tearing shit up.<br>Not only did they tear up the driveway, they scratched another vehicle in our yard. and tired to say “that wasn’t our driver” when it very much was. there is NO accountability here and no consideration for other people stuff.

Excellent customer service!! They arrived quickly & helped get me to my destination on time. Very efficient & friendly! I normally wouldn’t take the time to leave a review, but I noticed they had several negative reviews & couldn’t understand why, then discovered it was previously under different ownership. Great people to deal with during a not so pleasant situation to be in. Many thanks!!!!
