I recently moved to Burbank and was amazed when I found this recycling center. The entire staff deserves two thumbs up, but I'd like to mention here a few names: Andrew and Estella in the office, and the incredible MIGUEL URTADO and JORGE, who are always ready to help, explain what goes where and why, sometimes seemingly reading thoughts and anticipating my next question - and always all with a smile on their face. Thank you all for doing this important service to our Planet, and doing it so well!!

This was my first time to this facility. I was met with 2 very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff, Miguel and Jorge. They guided me thorough their process and the California regulations and rules for receiving the California CRV versus Oregon which was on most of my bottles. I would highly recommend this location, it was clean, organized and adequately staffed to handle the volume in a fast and efficient way.

Easy peasy process. You dump your items into a provided trash bin (into separate bins if you have a mix of aluminum, plastic, and glass with you) and they give you a receipt to cash out at the front desk. Made $12.13 today, highly recommend.
