Terrible experience at this tow yard. After our car was totaled in a collision with a semi-truck, we came to pick up our belongings. My 8-month pregnant wife, injured in the crash, was struggling to walk and had to sit down.<br><br>No staff at the front, gate opened by a tow truck—so I briefly drove in to pick her up. The owner immediately started yelling at me, "Who told you you could drive in my yard?"<br><br>My wife explained she was pregnant and in pain, but he talked over her, saying he "understood" but it was a "big no-no" and we had to leave.<br><br>Zero compassion for a pregnant woman in distress. Hostile and rude. Avoid this place at all costs.

Called this company 3 times today for a jump for my battery. First visit was fine, Second call the guy was fine and tried to service what he could but did not have the proper equipment to help me so he had to reach out for another truck to come. The new driver integrated my wife about the service I needed, then he shows up and tells me they can not help me. I was very frustrated with this service being that the lack of communication within the company is lack luster to say the least. I waited over an hour just to be told I cant be helped. Visibly frustrated I told the guy this is BS and walked back to my car. The driver pulls off then report me to his company saying I was being irate and hitting his car, so the company blocked my account from service. I've been sitting in my car since 1pm waiting for help it is now 6:28pm and I'm still sitting outside a gas station and this company canceled my service request. The guy was a shorter stocky Hispanic looking guy with tattoos on his arms. This is by far the worst service ever. They do not care about the customer at all.

The worst day of my life. I had a 90-year-old woman with me in my car that I take care of. I was headed to a doctors appointment in San Marcos and I noticed that the hood of my car while on the freeway was kind of floating around above the engine, so I pulled over into the shoulder of the freeway immediately, and called AAA. They sent me a driver a tow truck. He was just a kid and I explained to him what was going on, and he went back to his truck and came back with two zip ties, but first, he passed us on the freeway, and when he noticed that it was us, he pulled over on the shoulder of the freeway and backed up all the way to my car in a snake like formation, going into the traffic making cars swerve, it was very dangerous. Back back to the service, he thought he knew what he was doing, I asked him if he had a tiedown to tie down the hood of my car before he puts it on his truck. He said no he doesn’t have anything, and besides that he said, the wind will the cab of my truck will block the wind and that your hood won’t fly around are you kidding me, are you really willing to take that chance that my hood in my car is not gonna fly up in the air and crash through someone’s windshield and kill them it was all bad long story short, he left me and my 90 year-old friend on the side of the freeway and never came back I called his boss. His boss hung up on me all bad bad bad bad situation so I don’t give him a good review. That was the worst. Worst day of my life like I don’t wanna experience anything like that ever again. That kid needs to be fired. And the owner that company needs to suck it up and take it like a man because that was the worst service ever.
