In from out of town, I needed a place nearby that I could drop off my car and walk back to condo. Conveniently located. Lady at desk to greet me and take a reservation for day and time was very friendly and helpful—very important. They performed my requests on time. They pulled a screw out of my tire without having the need to repair it and backed out the charge. Would definitely go back next time here.

If I could give a negative star I would...<br><br>Absolutely terrible experience. Our service van broke down in the middle of an intersection near this shop, so we had it towed there out of convenience on a Thursday afternoon. We were told it would be back on the road by Monday. By Tuesday, they hadn’t even looked at it.<br>When they finally did, they claimed it was an electrical issue and charged us over $700 for a part that turned out to be completely unnecessary. The van still didn’t run. We then had to pay another $400 to tow it to our regular fleet mechanic.<br>Our mechanic took less than five minutes to determine it was clearly the transmission — just from the sound it made trying to go into gear. It had nothing to do with the electrical system. This was an obvious misdiagnosis that cost us time, money, and a full week of lost revenue while our service van sat unusable.<br>Now we’re fighting to get our money back for a part that was never needed in the first place. Who knows how much more they would have charged us before eventually admitting it was the transmission?<br>I would absolutely not recommend this mechanic to anyone. Save yourself the frustration, expense, and lost time. Why is it so hard to find honest companies to take care of their customers?
