I reached out to Car2 TW for help with importing a car and initially expected a professional service, but the actual communication made me feel very uneasy.<br>Important questions about the process and responsibilities weren’t clearly explained, and replies were often delayed or left on read, which made it impossible to understand what I was actually signing up for.<br><br>The real wake-up call was when issues appeared after the car was delivered. The agent immediately distanced himself and said, “We only help with purchasing, we’re not responsible for the car’s condition,” without offering any assistance or solutions.<br><br>Professionalism, transparency, and accountability are the most important qualities in a car-import service, and unfortunately, I didn’t feel any of these in my experience.<br>Sharing this so others can be aware when choosing an import or broker service.
