LAWSUIT PENDING ..we use to like them when they had the big 2 guys a white guy with a mustache a guy with lot of tattoos and the older guy that seems to do everything and drives everything but I havnt seen the guy we use to prefer to use. We always paid credit card for everything and he was wonderful. But ever since we seem to get this younger guy with a little beard I think names Eren or eric or something. Wel we started a lawsuit just recently maybe a few weeks now. This kid towed something for us and he insisted we pay cash he said if we do cash for this container I can do it after 5pm for $450 or $650 card and I can do it anytime so we said sure cash is fine trying to save anytime we can, lets face it times are tough.<br>Well this little guy with his sunglasses and his fake laugh and tough guy walk. Im surprised he didnt have tattoos all over him the way he walked around like his stuff dont stink. He backed in to our trailer damaged it we are so happy we were able to get footage from our outdoor cameras of him and all that happened after he dropped the dang thing he kind of freaked out it seemed because we said we need to speak to a manager, he said he would get one but since it was after 5pm they would reach out. Guess what. No one reached out and now the lawsuit had been filed Mr. Eric or erin, whatever the name is we know a little bit about you, small world we seen him in a big white chevy pickup truck you damaged our trailer along with our house when you dropped that container all you had to do was talk to us not just drive off. We know we should have waited till you dropped to pay you but he said we had to pay cash upon pick up we asked for a receipt he said they didnt do them but he can text a invoice on text message and he did that but its just a text saying $400 container move. Thats all. Atleast its the rite number he wasn't too smart someone is going to pay for the damages that someone is clark and howard for hiring such a bad guy. See yall in court!!!

Unfortunately had my vehicle towed by the city of Palmdale and Clark & Howard came and picked it up. Tow guy was friendly and front desk was attentive. After getting my vehicle back my check engine came on the next morning which was a surprise to me because my vehicle is Toyota 2021 with very low mileage. Something underneath the vehicle snapped off during the load/unloading and I brought it up to Clark & Howard Tow’s attention and they were able to help me out by remedying the situation. Clark & Howard Tow showed integrity and accountability on their part without hassle, thank you guys so much! I would definitely recommend getting helped out by these guys.

The driver who Towed my car Name Is "Eric .S." he was really cool despite the situation the police officer couldn't answer any questions about what happens to your car when there's a accident, Thankfully "Eric" filled in the blanks. He was very kind patient & understanding.
