I came into this recycling place expecting to have to lift heavy stuff with a bad back. Julian came running out to assist me and told me that I didn't have to do it that he would handle it all. He also was greeting other customers as they walked up with a smile on his face. He was running around back and forth to help everyone he could. This is the BEST customer service I have ever had at a recycling place and the reason why I will be coming back. Thank you Julian for making this day a little easier.

Some workers are nice, but too many workers are rude. All recycling places tell me just an ID is required to sell for some reason here I get told I need a Driver's license. And the 1 person who did buy my recycling with my ID now no longer works there?... Thats weird..But you know they have the right to refuse service.. Im gonna stick to Royal recycling. At least there they're always welcoming and willing to do business because CA Law says only an ID is required.

Paying the highest prices anywhere right now guaranteed he will beat anybody's prices right now. The man does his homework he'd rather make a nickel here and there than a dime one time good honest man always the cleanest place and all the employees are so helpful to help you so you don't have to barely do anything they're able to do and willing to do all the labor at the drop of a hat never experienced any place like this it's awesome so friendly so clean I'd recommend it to the most uptight snobby person in your family LOL like I got in mine perfect place trust me and he pays the most for everything does it matter what you got
