They did what they committed to do for the agreed price and delivered the car on-time, cleaned and polished. They worked effortlessly with the insurance company. Excellent service from start to finish - they really brought me along to help explain what my options were for several different pieces of damage. They were professional and more importantly, I felt that they were very honest with where is was worth spending more versus less (I was close to selling my car when the damage happened and they were helpful in explaining where repair would increase my resale value vs not really impact it that much). Very quick when the actual service happened (after the parts arrived) and my service took exactly how long they estimated so it was easy to plan around it. I highly recommend them!
