We work with a company that buys and sells cars , this company stole a car of ours that was legally parked out side of the auction. They said they “found the car “ a few blocks from the auction not broken into or touched perfectly parked and they never went near the auction.the police report said the tow company reported that the car was parked in the middle of the road so that’s a bit contradictory.<br>With in less then 24 hours they had a lien on the car and they made different keys to my car so my key wouldn’t register in the cars computer . They did not want to release the car to us untill we called the cops, and registered the car in our name instead of the dealership. Tell me why there was 2 other furious customers dealing with the same exact issues as us . This company steals cars that were 100 percent legally parked outside auction in jurisdictions they are not even supposed to be in and knowing since its dealerships that owns the cars it’s a much harder process to pick the cars up then what it normally is and it’s normally already a headache . One guy has his documentation in the car that he needs to regester the car into his name to get it out the impound and they wouldn’t give him the paperwork so they are going to keep his car . This company is doing shady things and are not abiding by state , federal or local laws they are morally incorrect on there actions . Karma is real if you guys are reading this good luck

This place is the worst our car got towed. Here we are, trying to get the information we need. My husband has a disability in his trying to get information.They were nothing but rude and completely disrespectful to him. The women that are working There are nothing but completely disgusting and disrespectful. No consideration. These women are just getting paid for terrible customer service. No consideration, no remorse, nothing don't use this company

I called this company for help when my starter went out, in the process of loading the car onto the bed of the truck, the driver was not paying attention and caused the car to slide off the side of the truck, resulting in my car tipping over they had to call a second wrecker to help tip it back right side up and in the process broke a window and my oil pin, which I had to replace not to mention they charged me extra for the second wrecker to come out to fix their mistake. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY AT ALL
