I want to personally thank Mr. Garland Ellis today. I was having problems ordering 0W-8 synthetic oil online and had to drive to the city to pick them up. He was very helpful and made my experience at SF Toyota Parts very pleasant.

I wanted to write this as a thank you to the Parts department and Garland specifically, he helped me out when he didn't need to. I think it speaks highly about the sort of person this place has working with them. Much appreciated

Big shot out to the SF Toyota rental manager, Javier! My car was recently totaled and he was absolutely fantastic! He made the car rental process so easy and stress-free. He was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. I highly recommend Javier and his team at San Francisco Toyota.
