This company is a joke. They operate as a broker and schedule jobs that are clearly not handled on time. I scheduled a pickup for 11:20 AM and made it very clear that I was on my lunch break and had a limited window. I gave them a two-hour window, which should have been more than sufficient. They took my credit card information and informed me that canceling would result in a $50 fee, so I rearranged my lunch break and went home specifically to meet the driver. I waited 10–15 minutes past the scheduled time to be reasonable and courteous. When I called to check on the status, the representative claimed the driver was stuck in traffic—which I knew was untrue since I had just gotten off the freeway myself. Shortly after, the driver called and said he would arrive in 15–20 minutes because he was dropping off another vehicle in Anaheim. Twenty minutes passed with no update. Then I received another call from the same number, and the driver asked to confirm my address—despite supposedly already being on the way. He again said it would be another 15–20 minutes. At this point, I was understandably upset and questioned why the time kept changing. The driver then became aggressive, raised his voice, and claimed this was the first time he had spoken to me and that he couldn’t control what others told me. I called the company back to report the issue, and the representative I spoke with was extremely rude and dismissive. I’m not someone who complains lightly, but this entire situation was handled poorly. The staff seems unknowledgeable beyond simply booking appointments, and there is zero accountability or communication once your card is charged. I do not recommend this company under any circumstances. You’re better off finding a local tow truck directly—Facebook Marketplace offers the same pricing without the stress, misinformation, and unprofessional behavior.
