I parked where I shouldn’t have, and the property manager called this towing company—so they were simply doing their job. I don’t get why people get mad at tow staff when they’re just following orders. The front desk lady was kind and made the process quick and painless, even though I’m sure she deals with a lot of upset customers.<br><br>If your car gets towed at night, it’s usually cheaper to wait until they open at 8 AM. You can pick up after hours, but the woman on the phone told me there’s a required 30-minute appointment window and an additional late-night fee. She even suggested coming in the morning to save money, which I appreciated. I also found my car easily thanks to my AirTag.<br><br>If you’re the registered owner, bring your ID, your car keys, know your license plate number, and have proof of ownership (I used my insurance card with the VIN). I paid $410—an expensive learning lesson, but that’s on me.<br><br>The lobby was clean with comfortable seating, and the staff were professional. If you feel you were wrongfully towed, take it up with the property manager, not the tow workers.

Couldn’t have had a worse experience at an establishment. I was gone for 20 minutes outside my own apartment complex to find out it was towed away. Then called the company and they tell me it’s almost $600 to get it back and that I have to schedule an appointment for later in the day to get it. I arrive to the “appointment” on time only to find out the closest person is 30 minutes away to help me. Got hit with a bunch of bullshit fees that are non negotiable. Scared to see the condition the car is in and will not be afraid to take legal action.

This is a shady operation/‘business’ at its finest. They refused to accept credit card after I mentioned wanting to claim vehicle under protest and insisted that since I mentioned under protest, only cash payments would be accepted to release vehicle. Got cash from ATM and returned, they would not identify themselves or who was servicing me in general. They also would not let me sign when I noted under protest, they insisted that the only acceptable signature is what is reflected on my license with no added notes. I believe that is against my rights. Both of the ladies working demanded no recordings on premises and threatened if I was to record dialogue for legal documentation that my car would not be released. They did not provide clear reasoning and edited the timing and processing paperwork during the time I was gone.
