Chela has great customer service. She went above and beyond to help me change my key battery since I don’t know how to do it. She had great interaction with me and actually cared and helped me which we don’t see a lot anymore but I was so happy for her helping me and being a great employee at this O’ Reilly in Seaside.

Edgar and crew were kind, patient, knowing and beyond helpful. Popped in really quick looking for some support to find the right windshield wiper inserts for a vehicle, during the rain… didn’t know what I was looking for, didn’t know how to install without it turning into a labored project for me, when I was pressed for time. When asked if they provided the change out service of the inserts, Edgar said he’d do it as a courtesy. Edgar and crew made my day today!
