I am writing in to give Itzel in Seaside Californ store an outstanding review! I recently took my 12 yr old son up to see rhe Monterey car show, as we live in SLO. We had anticipated staying the entire week but when we arrived our headlights went out completely. My mechanic brother was giving me advice over the phone that was not working, so we came into the store spoke to Itzel. She helped us troubleshoot what was happening and corrected the issue. I cannot thank her enough or say enough about her based on what she did for us on that day. She probably saved me thousands of dollars in unneeded mechanic bills just based on her knowledge and willingness to help. My son and I will never forget how amazing she was and her willingness to help. I even offered her a tip and she told me that she wasn't allowed so this is the only tip that I can provide. You have an excellent employee that is extremely helpful and very appreciated by your customers! Thank you! That's all! Itzel went way above and beyond my expectations. You have an amazing employee that really should be working in a shop making twice what she is making but I am thankful she was there to help us! Thank you, Angela Viles

I've only had good experiences so far at this location.The employee's try to help you with whatever issue you have, or they will give you recommendations. Their product are somewhat affordable with how the market is right now and their warranties are pretty good.I would recommend this location. Don't feel like any of your auto.Questions are unreasonable or wrong.This is why they are literally working here to answer any automotive related questions you might have. To the best of their abilities.
