I rarely leave reviews, but this experience deserves one as a warning to others.<br><br>This auto parts shop has serious customer service issues, and unfortunately one employee in particular made the visit unbearable. From the moment I asked a simple question, I was met with dismissiveness, impatience, and a clear lack of basic professionalism. Instead of helping, he acted as if customers were an inconvenience.<br>Information given was either incorrect or delivered with obvious indifference, and when I tried to clarify, the attitude only got worse. No effort to assist, no accountability, no respect, just a rushed and careless approach that makes you question whether they value customers at all.<br>Mistakes happen in any business. Poor attitude is a choice. And this employee consistently chose the worst possible one.<br>I’m not questioning anyone’s character, just stating that based on my experience, the service was unacceptable, and I won’t be returning. Management should seriously reconsider who they put on the front line, because one bad interaction is enough to lose customers permanently.<br>Take your business elsewhere if you value respectful and competent service.
