I was pleasantly surprised that the rates were reasonable. My sister's car got towed there after an accident. Staff and dispatcher were friendly and extremely helpful to my sister and me when I had called them for information. If you treat people with respect, you get respect! Bravo.

Let's be real... for the owner of an "about to be towed - for whatever reason" vehicle, they're likely not in an ideal headspace. For the car's owner, the pending "inconvenience" of the whole situation, i.e. unwelcome costs related to: time / tow fee / repair$ / etc. may put them in a prickly state of mind... face it: Getting Towed Sucks. Yet if you find yourself in this bind, having a gentleman like Ace's Tommy arrive on the scene can have an immensely positive effect on the scene's stress. The Man knows his cars / trucks - Gas / EV - he's been around them all - a prior mechanic who rather prefers the open roads and the folks he gets to interact with daily instead of a garage. Courteous dude who cares. If you get this Ace driver, you're already ahead while dealing with the whole hassle of needing to get towed…
