Find another repair shop. Car happened to break down in New Haven, we are from out of town and used Superior for their towing services. They diagnosed the problem and we agreed to replace the engine with them. A week after receiving the car back, our check engine light came on again. We brought the car back from out of town to New Haven, since the engine replacement came with a 'generous' 90 day warranty.<br><br>Well you can consider that warranty total BS, because when we brought the car back, they refused to look at it again first without paying a $150 diagnostic fee. After they looked at it, they somehow determined that the engine problem was not related to the engine they just replaced and the warranty doesn't cover that. Then what the hell would the warranty cover anyway? You'd think at least it covered a free diagnostic, but no.<br><br>Since they then quoted us another $3k to fix what they already 'fixed' a week earlier, we decided to bring the car to our trusted mechanic.<br><br>As you would expect, our mechanic confirmed that the additional issues stemmed from the terrible job that Superior did replacing the engine.<br><br>Besides all the connection/coupling issues found from the replacement, engine oil was found in our transmission fluid.<br><br>Please for the safety of passengers in your vehicle, and the health of your wallet and sanity, find a different mechanic who is not determined to scam you for as much as they can.

Warning: their warranty doesn't mean anything<br><br>Went in to get an emergency engine repair after breaking down on the highway. Superior replaced the engine with a new one. After about three weeks the check engine light came on. We drove back to New Haven to have it checked at as their warranty lasts 90 days. They claimed the issue wasn't engine related and then proceeded to charge us an additional $140 just for looking at it. Turns out they did an absolutely terrible job of installing the engine and don't want to guarantee anything. The warranty is a complete scam. I don't recommend their services.

Had a slow leak in my tire had an appt at TFT got there and was told I had an hour and half wait, left and someone recommended Superior. Went there and Ruben took my car in immediately, fixed my tire in 15 minutes and charged less than TFT would’ve. 100% would use again and definitely recommend!
