I am personally used Harris towing several times personally and have never had an issue when my car broke down alongside the road they moved my vehicle to the shop without any issues. However I currently reside in a community that has signs all around that if people are illegally parked blocking you in that you should call Harris towing and although several members of our community have called Harris to remove the illegally Park to vehicles out of the way of the mailbox parallel parts behind other members in the community they refuse to come out and tow vehicles that are illegally parked even though they have a contractual agreement with our community and again signs posted all over the community to call them to remove the vehicles I'm very disappointed in this service<br><br>***Edit- thank you for your response and understanding the processes I was able to review the process with the HOA board and after reaching out to Harris we were able to get the correct communications out to the team and the problem has been resolved thank you for working with us

First of all, this company is supposed to be 24 hours and clearly it’s not because I work late hours and someone parked in my space. I followed the steps and requested a tow and called this company 6 times with no response. I shouldn’t have to wait and hope this person will move their car at 5 in the morning. I was forced to park in someone else’s space because they weren’t able to deliver.

Do NOT purchase a vehicle from them my daughter purchased a vehicle that drove less than 50 miles and it broke down. Had the car checked out and it’s a complete lemon! The car needs timing chain, water pump, oil change, coolant flush, valve cover gasket, timing components, and crank shaft sensor, brakes, struts, shocks, rotors, costing thousands of dollars to fix. I know they knew the car was a lemon because the salesman gave us information on how to tag a vehicle in the state of Virginia in the event it doesn’t pass inspection. They don’t even deserve 1 star!!
