My family business has had an agreement with EMS towing for years. In the past two years, I’ve called them to remove cars illegally parked blocking our parking on five different occasions. Luis from Emergency Towing Fort Lauderdale was amazing. My car was stuck in a difficult parking lot and in need of a flat bed tow on the eve of 4th of July. Luis arrived in 30 minutes, diagnosed the issue with my car, and was able to regularly tow the vehicle to the dealer. He even offered to take my keys and drop it off for me. Absolutely horrible people to do business with. They are rude, laughing at the customer when they intentionally make it impossible to get our car back from being towed/ then they overcharged, trying to stack another 250 after just two days when the law clearly says 36 hours, not 18 hours. They belittled you since they make it impossible to get your car back back breaking the law thinking no one will pursue the complaint system for Broward county. We did, filled a very lengthy complaint. Then they called threatening us when the investigator contacted them. We filed a harassment charge with the police.
