Good work by Caliber Collision -- my car looks better than ever! My only concern was the scheduled pick-up date: I was given three successive (further delayed) dates, each time these changes were attributed to parts/supply delays (admittedly out of their hands) and holiday slowdowns (don't Christmas/New Year's come every year?). I was not inconvenienced by the "updates," but would have been less stressed had the final pick-up date been announced as truly final, instead of being promised a pick-up date on two prior occasions, then waiting to hear what the NEW pick-up date was to be.

They got us in quickly, Kept us informed of the progress, And the car was ready earlier than expected. The car looked great and returned clean inside and out. The staff was knowledgeable and professional. Would not hesitate to use them again. I highly recommend them 10 out of 10.
