I needed major work done on my 2019 Kia Sorento—including a transmission replacement—and they handled everything with ease. They even worked directly with my warranty provider (MaxCare from CarMax) to ensure coverage. When they discovered additional issues related to my vehicle’s mileage (such as spark plugs, coil packs, and a leaky axle), they coordinated with the warranty company again, keeping my out-the-door price as low as possible to fit my budget. My service advisor, Gina, was a pleasure to work with. She kept me informed throughout the entire process, updating me on inspector visits, parts arrivals, repair progress, and the final test drive. I always knew exactly what was happening with my vehicle. Their hours are very accommodating (open early and until 6 p.m.), making it easy to drop off or pick up your car before or after work.
