Went to Dad’s auto repair a couple of weeks ago to fix my car after the battery unexpectedly went bad. AAA had told me that my car’s alternator needed replacement too and the two parts and labor would have cost me close to $1000. When I brought my car to Dad’s, they ran tests multiple times to confirm only the battery needed replacing, saving me hundreds of dollars. Everyone at the shop was super nice and they were able to fix my car in one day!

They weren't even open when my car broke down, in front of their business, and I needed a tow.<br><br>Then got salty at the Tow truck driver Geico arranged to tow me. Not my fault you guys opened up in between when I made my road side assistance call and when it showed up.
