I had such a great experience with Luke’s Towing Agency. My car suddenly stopped working in the evening and I was under a lot of stress trying to get my family safely back home while also figuring out how to get my car to a closed mechanic. I expected I would have to Uber across town to drop off the key and then Uber back home, but Angel completely took that burden off me.<br><br>He was calm, professional, and reassuring, and told me he knew exactly what to do. He dropped the car off, kept me updated, and even made sure my key was delivered so I didn’t have to make an extra trip. What could have been a really complicated, stressful situation turned into a smooth and peaceful experience.<br><br>Angel went above and beyond and even gave me their business card so I know how to reach them directly in the future. I highly recommend using Luke’s Towing Agency! Angel was truly the best.

Luke to the rescue! My tire blew and the dispatcher was friendly and helpful, researching places for me to go for my tire. The tow truck arrived within 15 minutes and it was Luke the owner and we had a friendly conversation and the service was top notch. Would definitely use them again.

My wife and I were startled awake at 5am by a call from our youngest, who had an incident with his car after hitting a small curb, bursting the tire, and getting slightly stuck. We rushed to help since it was just a few minutes away and called roadside assistance shortly after. The tow truck driver didn’t show up until 8am, even though they were also just minutes away—such a long wait was frustrating and unhelpful. Things got worse when I had to leave to handle something else. When I returned, my wife told me the tow truck driver had been rude, saying he doesn’t get paid enough to deal with the problem before leaving without any explanation. Later, another service informed us the issue was simple to resolve and didn't understand why that even happened to us in the first place. This experience was unacceptable and unhelpful—I cannot recommend this service.
