I had a problem with the metal sale. I handed in the ticket at 11:57 am. I gave them two tickets, and they paid me for ticket number P0129279. I asked them about the other ticket, and they claimed I didn't hand it in. They showed me a ticket that wasn't the original, where the weight I saw was 6,640 pounds, and the one they showed me was 6,140 pounds, a difference of 500 pounds. They have the camera recordings. I'm going to consult with a lawyer to see what can be done. This is theft, and it's not about the money difference. But I can't recommend this place to anyone else to sell their products. I was a first-time seller today at this recycling center. There are many warnings posted outside, but no clear instructions on what you need to do to sell your metals. I just observed what other drivers were doing and followed their lead. Here are some steps to help you navigate the process:<br>Arrive at the entrance of the building.<br>Head to the west side of the building and pull onto the scale on the side facing north.<br>Park on the scale and wait for the machine to issue a weight ticket.<br>Once you have your ticket with your gross weight, the gates will open, and the green lights will signal you to drive forward.<br>Drive around the yard until you find similar metals on the ground. I had stainless steel, which was easy to spot.<br>Back into a designated unloading area and unload your materials. I had about 1,500 lbs, so it took some time to unload by myself. If you have a larger truck, there’s an area where employees can assist with unloading.<br>After unloading, drive to the second scale, located on the easier side of the building near the south-facing exit gate.<br>Wait for the machine to issue another ticket. Today, I didn't get a ticket because the machine was out of paper, but an attendant recorded my weight and told me to go to the main desk, which is an outside window.<br>At the main desk, give them your ticket(s) and ID if requested. They will then issue a payout receipt.<br>You can then go to the nearby ATM, press the side button to turn it on, scan your ticket, and the ATM will dispense your payout.<br>That’s it! I spent about an hour there today, and I was happy with the amount of cash I received. Good luck!<br><br>I gave 4 stars because there were no instructions for new sellers. But the guys inside answered all of my questions with a smile so I will return soon.

Came Here today, waited on the scale for 30 minutes, nobody said anything, NOT a sign nothing, drove around, I asked one of the employees if they were open, he said computer problems, I just think is disrespectful, as of the same company in fort mayers, are much efficient and professional, by the way Go to SA recycling, from now on they have my business !
