I just had an Amazing Experience. At O'Reilly's Auto Parts I Purchased A Seat Cover. The 1st One didn't fit. I Exchanged & Paid the difference for another one. No Problem No Hassle. No Attitude. Then I tried To put The Seat Cover on .I couldn't do it. I Went inside Nikolos Came Put My Seat Cover on. No Attitude Super Fast & Super Friendly & Excellent Customer Service Skills. Nikolos If I Give You 10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.Thank Alot. I Really Do Appreciate You.

I assume when you come to an autopart store, the well trained professionals that work there would know their parts and able to explain any questions you may have about a part. Well, I had to return the wrong replacement bulb because I was given the wrong bulb when I mentioned which bulb I needed! Returning the wrong bulb I bought in the piece to get the correct bulb because telling them which bulb I need wasn't enough to get it right the first time. Anyway, I got the correct bulb, and I asked Mr. Richardson on how to remove the old bulb which I was going to do myself I just wanted directions on how to do this myself. He stares at me and says, "I don't know!" Are these the type of people you hire? The ones that don't know anything at all? Depending on who's working that day, the customer service is terrible. it's like talking to a brick wall. Why even come here if you are going to get confusion from experienced people who are supposed to know about parts and etc.

With the impact of our current economy it has been extremely difficult on me financially with a fixed income. I can't afford to take my vehicle to a mechanic and I've had to take matters into my own hands. It has been quite nerve-wracking to say the least. I would like to take the time to thank Stacy for her professionalism and exceptional customer service. She has made this process so much easier than I had expected and I'm happy to say that I will regular this store for all of my automotive needs. My 1994 Oldsmobile bravada and Iare up and running again. Thanks again for all your help. I'm definitely a satisfied customer.
