I’d give 0/5 stars if I could. One of their drivers is a complete thug! Was honking and cutting people off like crazy on the road, eventually cut me off and then got out of the car and threatened to fight me and give me the middle finger! I was appalled, never in my life. I proceeded to call the number on the side of the door and the dispatcher was very dismissive and telling me to “remove myself from the situation” like obviously! I’m not going to fight your driver… anyways wouldn’t recommend this place to ANYONE! Stay away!

Excellent service from J and J Towing! The driver, Michael, was outstanding, friendly, knowledgeable, and very careful while towing my vehicle. He arrived promptly, explained the process clearly, and made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. I truly appreciate the care and professionalism shown.
