Just had to get towed to a mechanic this afternoon. The receptionist's arrival estimate was both reasonable and accurate (1.5 hours). The price was reasonable. And the driver, I think his name is Trevor, was great. Kind and helpful, and he let my son push the levers to load the vehicle which made him about die of happiness. 10 out of 10 would call again if I had to, although Lord willing I won't have to again.

5 out of 5 stars for Lance and Charlie's Towing. They towed our vehicle from Port Saint Lucie to Vero Beach and then had to tow it back to Port Saint Lucie. There were no issues at all with the services that Lance provided. He was professional, timely and got the job done with the least amount of stress that we could feel for the situation that we were in.<br>Thank you Lance and thank you Charlie's!

They picked up my truck took it 4 miles. I had to get the unknown issue with my license resolved. Small missed $28 fine. I got it fixed and went to get my truck the following week. $915 cash is what they charged and now the front end on my truck is wobbly and needs to be taken in. also there’s a reason they don’t show the picture of the building and lot. disgusting place and people for running a trap business like that
