Today Sunday the 3rd my $122,000 V8 chopper broke down again. I called Paint pro and requested Josh . He loaded my chopper like it was his own. I was amazingly impressed. He made sure none of the metal on the straps never touched my many thousand dollar paint job. I could tell how concerned he was. I would never let any other company or driver touch my pride and joy. This company and Josh are A+ in my books. I've ridden with a lot of tow drivers. I's a pleasure the have a fantastic conversation with Josh. Keep up the great customer service guys!!

Very kind and helpful people! I blew a tire late at night while traveling through Albany alone. Had to uber to a hotel and didn’t realize my car would get towed from where I left it (my mistake). The lady who handled my paperwork was patient and helpful and kindly waived my admin fee. Mr. Wade is personable and friendly. He drove me and my car to the tire shop and took time to make sure I was safe and taken care of. Unfortunate that I had to be towed, but glad that it was by them and not anyone else.
