Michael was fast, efficient and communicated well. He was there to my car on time and treated my vehicle with care. I would recommend this towing company for the Macon area because this is by far the most professionalism and quickest service I received ; on a rainy /stormy day at that!<br><br>No matter what’s is wrong with your vehicle ; call them!!! They figured out my situation when no other company could because my car didn’t even have a battery! Prices are reasonable as well!

Came and towed my Nissan Altima 2012 with no problems , was and quic and very professional and has excellent service skills !! Will definitely be using his services for my next tow<br><br>Updated review 2026 : I THOUGHT this place was dependable but saddenly mistaken . I tried to get him to tow my car to a different location, because our first appointment using his services were good . This time he told me that he couldn’t tow it where I needed bc his truc was too wide and I have a narrow driveway, but a 15’ uhual was able to fit through the driveway and no problem. I also feel like he didn’t want to do the job . Secondly he robbed me my first time , he charged me a little over 100$ to go less than 4 miles. I didn’t realize until I took my business elsewhere and they charged almost the same price to go almost 3x as far. Shout out to Hooks towing and Recovery, got the job done , it was a tight squeeze but because Hooks Towing has professionals he got the job done and made it look absolutely easy. If you want to get your car from A to B and pay an “arm n leg” and it’s your last resort choose Central Towing , if you want a professional tow for affordable prices go to Hooks.
