Clara made my experience seamless I truly appreciate how she stayed on top of the transportation of my vehicle to the dealership and making sure the proper tow truck was needed to make this a great experience. Dennis was very professional as well and he made sure my vehicle was safely parked onto the flat bed and got to the dealership safely. I highly recommend this company for towing needs. Also this was a pleasant experience being that I’m also a licensed agent and claims adjuster and I’ve heard roadside horror stories but this one is one I will definitely recommend to my leadership team. They some BS and do things out of spit for money. My car broke down on the highway due to it being dangerous sitting there, I let for a few mins, I literally had my towe company there the same time as they arrived but this company towe driver would not let my towe guy get the car instead he took my car anyways after the fact the lady in the office called him to say let the car stay he was still at the scene he ignored the call and dropped it off at they towe yard for me to pay $ 228!!! But that’s ok God handle spiteful people.

Moments ago I Observed an interaction involving Futo’s Wrecker at the gas station next to Checkers on Piedmont Avenue during overnight hours. The dispatch driver’s demeanor was unprofessional, with a dismissive tone and lack of courtesy toward the individual requesting assistance.<br><br>Based on what I witnessed, the situation could have been handled more respectfully. Companies providing roadside services should ensure their staff maintain professionalism at all times, especially in public-facing situations.
