Chuck and Robin from Boise Towing always do a great job for us! We have had to use them multiple times in the last few years and they always show up on time and help us in everyway we need it! Highly recommend!

Chuck was incredibly friendly and helpful in a very unfortunate situation. My parked car was hit by a drunk driver, and when he went to pick up the other person's car, he checked in on me and offered to send another truck quickly since I was still waiting on my insurance's tow truck. Once he picked up the truck, he gave me helpful advice to work with the other person's insurance and was very flexible when I needed to empty out my vehicle. I hope I never need a tow truck again, but if I do, I'll use Boise Towing again!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐<br><br>Boise Towing absolutely saved the day. Robin was my tow truck driver, and not only did he know exactly what he was doing (he made sure everything was strapped down and even showed me the hood wasn’t going anywhere ), but he also kept me calm and laughing during a stressful time.<br><br>Chuck—the owner—jokingly told me to say Robin was “dumb and slow, but a nice guy". In reality, Robin was smart, patient, and had a great sense of humor that helped me breathe a little easier. I definitely talked his ear off the entire ride, but he made space for me to bounce ideas around without judgment, and that really helped. I also enjoyed being included in the inside joke, "well, i got all the way over and she changed her mind". That sounds about right, when it came to all of the decisions and what to do. I, absolutely, enjoyed how playful and professional they both were. I couldn't have asked for a better team.<br><br>Even though the AC was out in the truck, I didn’t mind—I love riding with the windows down anyway. The bigger deal was being able to ride along at all, especially with the mess the insurance company had set up with a shop that already had 14 vehicles ahead of mine. Choosing to grab a U-Haul and pivot ended up saving time, money, and hotel costs—and talking through it all with Robin helped me make that decision. I appreciate the fact that he offered to drive me all the way home, 5 hours away. My goal was to just get home to my babies safely.<br><br>All in all, I’m grateful for the kindness, patience, and professionalism. Hopefully deer country doesn’t get me a second time—but if it does, I know who to call first.
