We had slid on ice during a snowstorm. Tim Bruton was the driver who came out to help. There was a tow ban at the time he arrived. He drove us to the hotel we were staying at. He then went the extra mile by making calls to see if the tow ban had been lifted. The ban had been lifted and Tim took me back to my car. He was very professional and it only took him a few minutes to get me back on the road safely. He was pleasant, professional, and he went out of his way at every opportunity. I couldn’t have had a better saving grace than Tim when I was in a ditch that was quickly filling up with snow drift .

Wayne was dispatched to my location 40+ minutes away. he was so kind and on time exactly as described<br>Wonderful service. Called to make sure I was ok. helped me with a flat tire after 2 in the morning, I left work noticed a completely flat tire and no one but roadside assistance to give this dumb blonde a hand. Thankfully Wayne was there to help me get the spare put on<br>I can't give enough appreciation for his time and help.
